We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the 2014 Central Area Conference to be held August 25-27, 2014 at the Tulsa Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center.
Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your exposure at the 2014 Central Area Conference.
Please take note of the following:
The tradeshow will be held in the Tulsa Renaissance Hotel and Conference Center located at 6808 S. 107th E. Ave., Tulsa, OK 74133. The exhibit hall is carpeted.
Electric and Internet are not provided with the booth packages. To order Electric please fill out the Renaissance Electrical and Internet forms. Electrical and Internet forms need to be send directly to the Tulsa Renaissance Hotel and Conference Center.
If you need to pin, staple, tack, products or sign, or other information we ask that you not pin, staple or tack to the drape. Event 1 offers Presentation Boards for such needs. You will find them online and within the vendor packet.
All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.
All freight will be received at the Event 1 warehouse and transported to the Tulsa Renaissance Hotel and Conference Center. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. If you have an account or would like to use a carrier other than YRC, please make arrangements to have all shipments picked up by 3:00 PM on August 27, 2014. All freight remaining at that time will be forced out collect to a common carrier in the next 10 business days.
The Tulsa Renaissance Hotel and Conference Center will not accept freight for the 2014 Central Area Conference. If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have freight and drayage questions, please contact Scott Cutten @ 918-245-8006 or SCutten@Event1inc.net for assistance. A shipping information form will be placed in your booth, near the end of the show to help in making shipping arrangements.
