We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the Tulsa Women’s Living Expo to be held February 10-12, 2012 at the Tulsa Fairgrounds-QuikTrip Center.
Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your exposure at the Tulsa Women’s Living Expo.
Please take note of the following:
The tradeshow will be held in the QuikTrip Center at the Tulsa Fairgrounds. The Exchange Center is not carpeted.
All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.
All freight will be received at the Event 1 warehouse and transported to the Exchange Center. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show.
The Tulsa Fairgrounds will not accept freight for Tulsa Women’s Living Expo.
If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have Exhibitors using a non-official carrier will need to make their own arrangements for pickup. Please make sure that a company representative will be on-site to oversee the outbound shipment of your display and products. All exhibitor freight materials must be removed by 8:00 pm on February 12, or it will be forced out through a common parcel carrier to the exhibiting company within 10 business days.
