Dear OIGA 22nd Annual Conference and Trade Show Exhibitors:
We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the OIGA 22nd Annual Conference and Trade Show to be held July 25-27, 2016 at the Cox Business Center in Tulsa.
Each 10X10 exhibit booth space includes the following:
8 Back Drape and 3 Siderail
1-8 Skirted Table
2-Premium Folding Chairs
1-Vendor Identification Sign
Booths 20X20 and larger do not come with equipment provided.
Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment to help maximize your exposure at the OIGA 22nd Annual Conference and Trade Show.
Please take note of the following:
Any booths needing to run Cat5 Cabling will be required to provide all Cat5 Cabling and skilled labor to run the cabling before padding and carpeting can be placed. Event 1 Productions and the Cox Business Center will only be responsible for running and providing Internet lines to the booth space. Please contact Scott West @ 918-695-7188 set up a time to come in to place the cabling.
The trade show will be held in the Cox Business Center, in exhibit halls 1, 2 and 3. The aisles will be carpeted in black carpet the food courts will be carpeted in red carpet. OIGA encourages all exhibitors to carpet their booth space and has requested that all carpet colors be coordinated with the conference colors.
If it will be necessary to run extension cord, Internet lines, or telephone lines under the carpet, carpet padding will be required to avoid an unnecessary trip hazards. If extension cords, Internet, telephone lines are to be run under the car-pet, please provide a diagram with measurements of where the extension cords and lines need to be placed prior to your arrival for set up. On the PDF formatted Vendor Packet a Diagram is provided. There will be an additional labor charge for extension cords being run and taped down under the carpet (1 hour Minimum). If you need to pin, staple, tack, products or sign, or other information we ask that you not pin, staple or tack to the drape. Event 1 offers Presentation Boards for such needs; you will find them online and within the vendor packet.
All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in. All freight and electrical orders will require a credit card to be on file.

Let ABF Freight make your experience at this years conference and trade show the easiest experience yet. All advance freight will be received at the ABF warehouse and transported to the Cox Business Center. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. For your convenience, find attached official ABF freight forms.
All freight that is being delivered directly to the Cox Business Center must be received between July 18-24, 2016. Freight deliveries sent directly to the facility will be received by Event 1 Productions, Inc. and are subject to Event 1 Productions, Inc. freight handling charges regardless of the consignee, as Event 1 Productions, Inc. is the official show contractor. If your freight arrives at the facility prior to the published freight receiving dates, it will not be accepted. All Freight into the OIGA Conference and Trade Show will require a material handling and payment form on file before arriving on show site as well as before freight will be released to exhibitors. No walk-ins with gaming machines, pallets, crates, etc. will be al-lowed. All gaming machines much be secured on pallets.
If shipping directly to show site, please contact Scott Cutten with Event 1 Productions to set up a dock date and time. Event 1 will make every effort to keep the load in and out schedule on time. If your company does not make the assigned time schedule, you will be expected to wait until all other scheduled shipments have been received unloaded or loaded. Drivers must have a bill of laden along with freight log and weights.
