ODA Annual Meeting 2010

Dear Oklahoma Dental Association Annual Meeting Exhibitors:

We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the 2009 ODA Annual Meeting to be held April 23-24, 2010 at the Cox Business Service Convention Center.

Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your exposure at the 2010 ODA Annual Meeting.

Please take note of the following:

The tradeshow will be held in the Cox Services Convention Center located at 1 Myriad Gardens, Oklahoma City 73102. The exhibit hall is not carpeted. If you would like to have carpet in your booth please fill out the carpet form (Page 8) of the vendor packet or go online to www.event1inc.net to place your order.

If you need to pin, staple, tack, products or sign, or other information we ask that you not pin, staple or tack to the drape. Event 1 offers Presentation Boards for such needs, you will find them in online and within the vendor packet.

All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.

Discount Deadline Date: April 9, 2010 @ 5:00 PM (Central Time)

All freight will be received at the Event 1 warehouse and transported to the Cox Business Services Convention Center. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. If you have an account or would like to use a carrier other than Yellow Freight, please make arrangements to have all shipments picked up by 7:00 PM on April 24, 2010. All freight remaining at that time will be forced out collect to Yellow Freight the following week.

The Cox Business Services Convention Center will not accept freight for the ODA Annual Meeting. If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have freight and drayage questions, please contact Corbin H. Potter @ 918-245-8006 or Corbin@Event1inc.net for assistance. A shipping information form will be placed in your booth, near the end of the show to help in making shipping arrangements.
