Tulsa Golf and Travel Expo 2010

Dear Tulsa Golf and Travel Expo Exhibitors:

We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the Tulsa Golf and Travel Expo to be held February 12-13, 2010 at the Central Park Hall-Tulsa Fairgrounds.

Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your exposure at the 2010 Tulsa Golf and Travel Expo.

Please take note of the following:

The tradeshow will be held in Central Park Hall-Tulsa Fairgrounds. The exhibit hall is not carpeted.

All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.

Discount Deadline Date: February 1, 2010 @ 5:00 PM (Central Time)

All freight will be received at the Event 1 Productions warehouse and transported to the Central Park Hall. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. If you have an account or would like to use a carrier other than Yellow Freight, please make arrangements to have all shipments picked up by 9:00 PM on February 13 at the Central Park Hall. All freight remaining at that time will be forced out collect to Yellow Freight the following week.

The Tulsa Fairgrounds will not accept freight for the Tulsa Golf and Travel Expo. If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have freight and drayage questions, please contact Event 1 @ 918-245-8006 or email Scott West @ Scott@Event1inc.net for assistance.
