Greater Tulsa Home and Garden Show 2010

Dear Greater Tulsa Home and Garden Show Exhibitors:

We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at Greater Tulsa Home and Garden Show 2010 to be held March 11-14, 2010 at the Tulsa Fairgrounds-Quiktrip Center.

Your exhibit booth includes the following:
    
    8’ Back Drape and 3’ Siderail
    1-Vendor Identification Sign
    Vendor Assistance Kit

Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your exposure at Greater Tulsa Home and Garden Show 2010.

Please take note of the following:

The tradeshow will be held in the Quiktrip Center at the Tulsa Fairgrounds. The Quiktrip Center is not carpeted.

Event 1 can print and design custom banners and exhibit displays for your booths! See Page 3 and 22 of the attached vendor packet or call our office and talk to Scott Cutten @ 918-245-8006.

All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.

Discount Deadline Date: February 26, 2010 @ 5:00 PM (Central Time)

All freight will be received at the Event 1 warehouse and transported to the Exchange Center. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. If you have an account or would like to use a carrier other than Yellow Freight, please make arrangements to have all shipments picked up by 10:00 PM on March 14, or by 10:00 AM on March 15. All freight remaining at that time will be forced out collect to Yellow Freight the following week.

The Tulsa Fairgrounds will not accept freight for the Greater Tulsa Home and Garden Show. If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have freight and drayage questions, please contact Scott West @ 918-245-8006 or 918-695-7188 for assistance. A shipping information form will be placed in your booth, near the end of the show to help in making shipping arrangements.
