The Tulsa Workshop 2010

Dear The Tulsa Workshop 2010 Exhibitors:

We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at The Tulsa Workshop 2010 to be held March 24-27, 2010 at the Tulsa State Fairgrounds-Exchange Center Building.

Your exhibit booth includes the following:
    
    10’X10’ Exhibit Space
    8’ Back Drape and 3’ Siderail
    1-8’ or 6’ Table (Non-Skirted)
    2-Premium Folding Chairs
    1-Vendor Identification Sign
    Vendor Assistance Kit

Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your exposure at The Tulsa Workshop 2010.

Please take note of the following:

The tradeshow will be held in the Exchange Center Building of the Tulsa State Fairgrounds. The exhibit hall is not carpeted.

All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.

Discount Deadline Date: March 12, 2010 @ 5:00 PM (Central Time)

All freight will be received at the Event 1 warehouse and transported to the Exchange Center. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. If you have an account or would like to use a carrier other than Yellow Freight, please make arrangements to have all shipments picked up by 8:00 PM on March 27, 2010. All freight remaining at that time will be forced out collect to Yellow Freight the following week.

The Tulsa State Fairgrounds and The Tulsa Workshop will not accept freight for Workshop. If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have freight and drayage questions, please contact Scott West @ 918-245-8006 or 918-695-7188 for assistance. A shipping information form will be placed in your booth, near the end of the show to help in making shipping arrangements.
