2010 Safety & Health Conference

Dear 2010 Safety & Health Conference Exhibitors:

We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the 2010 Safety & Health Conference to be held June 10-11, 2010 at the Hard Rock Casino-Tulsa.

Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your exposure at the 2010 Safety and Health Conference.

Please take note of the following:

The tradeshow will be held at the Hard Rock Casino-Tulsa. The exhibit hall is carpeted.

All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.

Discount Deadline Date: May 28, 2010 @ 5:00 PM (Central Time)

All freight will be received at the Event 1 Productions warehouse and transported to the Hard Rock Casino-Tulsa. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. If you have an account or would like to use a carrier other than Yellow Freight, please make arrangements to have all shipments picked up by 5:00 PM on June 11 at the Hard Rock Casino-Tulsa. All freight remaining at that time will be forced out collect to Yellow Freight the following week.

The Hard Rock Casino will not accept freight for the 2010 Safety & Health Conference. If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have freight and drayage questions, please contact Event 1 @ 918-245-8006 or email Corbin Potter @ Corbin@Event1inc.net for assistance.
