2010 RPMDA Convention

Dear 2010 RPMDA Convention Exhibitors:

We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the 2010 RPMDA Convention to be held April 15-17, 2010 at the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center-Oklahoma City.

Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your exposure at the 2010 RPMDA Convention.

Please take note of the following:

The tradeshow will be held at the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center-Oklahoma City. The exhibit hall is carpeted.

All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.

Discount Deadline Date: April 2, 2010 @ 5:00 PM (Central Time)

All freight will be received at the Event 1 Productions warehouse and transported to the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. If you have an account or would like to use a carrier other than Yellow Freight, please make arrangements to have all shipments picked up by 4:00 PM on April 17 at the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center. All freight remaining at that time will be forced out collect to Yellow Freight the following week.

The Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center will not accept freight for the 2010 RPMDA Convention. If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have freight and drayage questions, please contact Event 1 at 918-245-8006 or email Corbin H.
