Empowered21 Conference

Dear Empowered21 Conference Exhibitors:

We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the 2010 Empowered21 Conference to be held April 8-10, 2010 at the Oral Roberts University Mabee Center.

Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your exposure at the 2010 Empowered21 Conference.

Please take note of the following:

No pinning, stapling, tacking, etc. is allowed on the booth drape and table skirting. If pinning, stapling or tacking, etc. occurs, the exhibitor will be directly responsible for the replacing cost of the drape.

All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.

Discount Deadline Date: March 26, 2010 @ 5:00 PM (Central Time)

All freight will be received at the Event 1 warehouse and transported to the Mabee Center. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. If you have an account or would like to use a carrier other than Yellow Freight, please make arrangements to have all shipments picked up by 10:00 PM on April 10, 2010. All freight remaining at that time will be forced out collect to Yellow Freight the following week. Please note that Event 1 will not be onsite during teardown, thus all freight that you wish to go out through YRC needs to be left in your booth space with a general bill of laden.

The Mabee Center will not accept freight for the Empowered21 Conference. If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have freight and drayage questions, please contact Corbin H. Potter @ 918-245-8006 or Corbin@Event1inc.net for assistance. A shipping information form will be placed in your booth, near the end of the show to help in making shipping arrangements.
