National Main Streets Conference

Dear National Main Streets Conference Exhibitors:

We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the National Main Streets Conference to be held May 3-4, 2010 at the Cox Convention Center.

Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your exposure at the National Main Street Conference.

Please take note of the following:

The tradeshow will be held at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City. The exhibit hall is not carpeted.

All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.

Discount Deadline Date: April 21, 2010 @ 5:00 PM (Central Time)

All freight will be received at the Event 1 Productions warehouse and transported to the Cox Convention Center. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. If you have an account or would like to use a carrier other than YRC, please make arrangements to have all shipments picked up by 5:00 PM on May 4 at the Cox Convention Center. All freight remaining at that time will be forced out collect to Yellow Freight the following week.

The Cox Convention Center will not accept freight for the National Main Streets Conference. If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have freight and drayage questions, please contact Event 1 at 918-245-8006 or email Corbin H. Potter at Corbin@Event1inc.net for assistance.
