Home and Garden Expo of Oklahoma

Dear Home and Garden Expo of Oklahoma Exhibitors:

We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the Home and Garden Expo of Oklahoma 2009 to be held July 30-August 1, 2010 at the Tulsa Fairgrounds-Quiktrip Center.

Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your exposure at the Home and Garden Expo of Oklahoma 2010.

Please take note of the following:

The tradeshow will be held in the Quiktrip Center at the Tulsa Fairgrounds. The Quiktrip Center is not carpeted.

Event 1’s exhibit department has a full line of hanging signs, pop up displays and banner stands to make your company stand out from the rest! Please contact Scott Cutten @ SCutten@Event1inc.net or at the office 918-245-8006!

All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.

Discount Deadline Date: July 16, 2010 @ 5:00 PM (Central Time)

All freight will be received at the Event 1 warehouse and transported to the Exchange Center. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. If you have an account or would like to use a carrier other than Yellow Freight, please make arrangements to have all shipments picked up by 8:00 PM on August 1, 2010. All freight remaining at that time will be forced out collect to Yellow Freight the following week.

The Tulsa Fairgrounds will not accept freight for the Home and Garden Expo of Oklahoma 2010. If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have freight and drayage questions, please contact Scott Cutten @ 918-245-8006 or 918-695-5722 for assistance. A shipping information form will be placed in your booth, near the end of the show to help in making shipping arrangements.
