Dear Home and Garden Expo of Oklahoma Exhibitors:

Good morning! We’re pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to again serve as the Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the 2018 Home & Garden Expo of Oklahoma to be held July 27-29, 2018 at the River Spirit Expo Center.

Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment to help maximize your exposure at the 2018 Home & Garden Expo of Oklahoma, including booth carpeting, highboy tables and counter high stools, premium leather furniture, literature racks, presentation boards, flat screen TVs and so much more. ***Please take note of the following***
Cox Media Group will provide one 6’ skirted table for each 10’X10’ or 8’X8’ at no additional charge. However, you MUST reserve your free table(s) in advance by filling out the Event 1 Table Reservation Form (See Attachment). Should you need additional tables beyond those that are provided, please see page 5 of the vendor packet.

All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.

Discount Deadline Date: Friday, July 13, 2018 @ 5:00 PM (Central Time)

All freight will be received at the Event 1 warehouse and transported to the River Spirit Expo Cen-ter. Advance shipments can arrive between June 29 and July 20 at the advanced receiving ware-house. The River Spirit Expo Center will accept freight directly for the Home & Garden Expo of Oklaho-ma on July 24-25 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and July 26 from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. After the show, an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show.

If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time or plan on using a non-official carrier, you’ll need to make your own arrangements for pickup. Please make sure that a company representative is onsite to oversee the outbound shipment of your display and products. All exhibitor freight material must be removed by 11:00 am on Monday, July 30, or it will be forced out through a common parcel carrier to the exhibiting company within 10 business days.

Event 1 Productions also sells exhibit displays, pop-up displays, table throws, booth banners, hanging banners, literature racks and much more. You can send us the artwork you would like to use, or we can design something for you.
