Dear 2017 Green Country Home and Garden Show Exhibitors:
We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the 2017 Green Country Home and Garden Show to be held January 27-29, 2017 at the Tulsa Fairgrounds-Exchange Center Building.
Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your exposure at the 2017 Green Country Home and Garden Show.
Please take note of the following:
Cox Radio will provide one 6 skirted table for each 10X10 or 6X12 at no additional charge. However, you MUST reserve your free table(s) in advance by filling out page 29 in the attached Vendor Packet. Should you need additional tables beyond those that are provided please see page 5 of the vendor packet.
The show will be held in the Exchange Center Building at the Tulsa Fairgrounds. The Exchange Center is not carpeted.
All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.
All freight will be received at the Event 1 warehouse and transported to the Exchange Center. After the show, an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. The Exchange Center will not accept freight for the 2017 Green Country Home and Garden Show except for Jan 23 - 25 from 8am to 4pm, Jan 26 from 8am to 5pm and Jan 27 from 8am to 10am.
If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have Exhibitors using a non-official carrier they will need to make their own arrangements for pickup. Please make sure that a company representative will be on-site to oversee the outbound shipment of your display and products. All exhibitor freight materials must be removed by 11:00 am on January 30, or it will be forced out through a common parcel carrier to the exhibiting company within 10 business days.

Event 1 Productions also sells exhibit displays, pop-up displays, table throws, booth banners, hanging banners, literature racks and much, much more. You can send us the artwork you would like to use or we can design something for you.
